Please follow the link below for Gull Isle Realty's application. You will need to have
Microsoft Word  to view and/or edit the application. If you have any questions please call the office and Gull Isle Realty can email, fax, or send you an application.

Application Fees:

Non Refundable
$15.00 per applicant
$20.00 per married couple
(both are going on the lease)

Deposit:

Deposit is the same amount as the amount of the property's rent.

If you wish to hold the property while your application is being processed you may give Gull Isle Realty the deposit by check, cash, or money order. Once Gull Isle Realty recieves a deposit on a rental property, no other prospect is allowed to view the property. Gull Isle Realty will hold the desposit until application is approved or denied. Should you NOT be approved by Gull Isle Realty will give you your deposit back in the same form that it was recieved. Should you be APPROVED, Gull Isle Realty will inform you of your approval. You will then have up to 15 days to sign the lease and Gull Isle Realty will deposit your deposit money. Sould you change your mind within the 15 days of signing the lease, Gull Isle Realty will pro rate the deposit for the days that the property was held for you.
